MEXICO & NUMERO 3

Well I am not sure if any of you have been watching the news? But we just got back from a 7 day Mexican Rivera Cruise on the Ship Carnival Splendor it just so happened to be nice enough to catch on fire the day after we got off!! I feel really lucky we didn't have to deal with that! Grandma's so wonderfully offered to watch the boys and Jeremy took me on a 7 day retreat to recharge my batteries! Even better one of the companies that Jeremy works with paid for everything!! SO it was nice and FREE THANK YOU CSA! We had a blast and it was really fun to go with a few people that we already knew! We left on Halloween and headed down the coast to our first stop in Puerto Vallarta, which was so beautiful! We took a cab out to the jungle where they filmed the movie "Predator" it was really neat to see the jungle! That evening we took an hour long boat ride to a private beach and had an amazing show and dinner! I would have to say that Puerto Vallarta was the best day of the trip I already want to go back! Then we went to Mazatlan which was just a dirty fishing town but it was pretty fun to tour the city with everyone! The next day we went to Cabo San Lucas it was a beautiful city I had a good time despite some sea sickness on the way to "Lovers Beach" and the arches! All in all the trip was a blast despite some sea sickness or Baby Sick! Which by the way I don't think I have mentioned....
We HAVE # 3 COOKING!!
I am about 18 weeks my due date is April 17th
We will find out what it is soon!
Despite a few sea sick moments this trip was a lot of fun!
It's always nice to get away even when you miss your kids like crazy!
You can see the nice Baby bump already starting!

Halloween Fun!

About a week ago we had a ward craft night and I went for a few minuets got my stuff to do it and took off! I wanted to be with my boys and go to Jeremy's cousin Gunner's football game. I was determined to get the craft done and not let it sit around my house forever so I finished it! It is a letter monogram I love it! Next to it on the right is our pumpkin! Jett was so proud of that thing and has been super excited to carve it! So tonight we did! He wanted to carve a bat, Jeremy did a lot of the work while I made hot chocolate it was so fun and I could tell Jett was super proud of our creation! I thought I would share!

Jett not wanting to touch the guts!

Jett so cute!

I love FALL!

After a long summer of HEAT and HOT...weather it is finally starting to cool off! I LOVE IT! I had my back door open most of the day, it was cooler out side than inside, which doesn't happen very often!
I set a goal to wake up at 6:00 a.m. for the next 90 days to have ME time! Which has been awesome..wonderful.. but I love that it is starting to get cool in the mornings and I want to put a sweater on!
When does that ever happen in the Valley?
I am going to enjoy every second of being cold!

Summer

For anyone who was at some point following our blog I am sure you are long gone due to my lack of time for blogging its been since April that I last updated I am not sure where to start… we are good, we are happy, we are busy, my boys seem to be growing like weeds and I am loving every minuet I get to spend with them! Jeremy is super busy but his new company NewMark Capital it is now up and running (he manages assets). I have been busy with stake primary stuff and keeping up with the house! My boys run circles around me, I run from one mess to the next! Jett is really turning into a fish! He has been swimming in our pool all summer and is doing really good! Kannon is out of control and making it really hard to want any more kids! He is super curious and wants to get his hands on anything and everything but we love him! He is starting to talk and is a super daddy’s boy! All in all we are good, happy and very blessed! These are some pictures of us camping and Kannon with Grandpa Smith!

April

April has come is almost gone! Time goes by so fast….sometimes too fast! This week in particular has been an emotional one for me. On Monday we laid to rest my Grandpa Mills he was an amazing man who loved his children, grandchildren, and his country. On Friday my parents flew down to the Valley we met them up at the airport and while we were there we got to go on the plane that my Grandfather flew in World War 2 (a B24). I have to say this was one of the most changing experiences of my life! I can’t even image flying in one of those let alone being a nose gunner of one! This was the last known B24 and B17 that fly in existence today! One of the pilots was talking to my Dad and let him go up into the nose gunner area where my grandpa was, my mom and I just cried, he was the only person allowed in that part of the plane! Tears of love and respect fell as I saw my dad trying to squeeze into the nose of the plane! I felt like my grandpa was watching and I seem to think I was watching from somewhere as he flew into combat those over 30 times in the south pacific. It is a miracle after seeing that plane, he made it home safe….I hope I can make him proud when I see him again!! Here are some of the pictures of us on his plane! And a few others some of the other things we have been up too!

Looking towards the back

He had to walk down a 5 inch walk way with really nothing to hold on too and had to turn his shoulder in two spots to the side to fit...if the bomb bay doors were open witch they usually were it was like cat walking down this 6 to 10 foot space with the earth below him open! One trip or bump and you are falling to the earth...then he had to crawl down this little space to get to the nose. His stories are amazing!

Easter with the Boys at my Parents house!
I used my cake at another wedding!

We went to the Gilbert Fire Department for Jetts field trip! We had fun!

Kannon is busy!

One night we went with the Abbotts and the Ballards out to a wash and built a fire and made smores my boys were so dirty....But they had a blast!

Almost every night for the past two weeks we have been getting pizza and have been eating in the car on our way out to Queen Creek to see our horses we have them both down here! Did I mention that we bought another horse?? Lobo is his name! I will post some pictures of him soon! Jeremy has been learning to Rope....yeah Jeremy he is actually pretty good! It has been a fun adventure!

We finally did it! We bought Jett some spurs Ah that kid wears them all over the place! I love it!

Yes we are still HERE!

Yes it has been months since my last update on our blog! I really have just been doing a million other things! So tonight I am playing catch-up! Christmas was awesome we got to spend most of the time with the Mills family so that was fun! And then it was on to the New Year wow 2010 is going to be GREAT! I have been so busy just crafting, cleaning (my goal this year is to be more organized) playing with my boys, shopping, working, cooking and most of all just being a MOM! My boys are so much fun right now….I am having a hard time doing anything else but playing with them all day! Jett is so smart and funny, he is all into super heroes and pretty much anything Jeremy is into! We build forts and work on our letters and pretty much everything under the moon with this kid! Kannon is such a sweet little boy he will be ONE on the 18th WOW time flies! He started walking at 10 months and is now running from me! He is pretty smart too…I have been using sign language with him and his favorite sign is MORE! He says a few words like Mom, Dad, and Ett. He is super friendly to everyone and LOVES FOOD!! He is so sweet! As for Jeremy he has been so busy with work, but doing really well! He is working out of three offices in Tempe, Mesa and Scottsdale so he is always on the move! He will finally graduate in July!!!! So he will be able to test for his CFP I am so excited to see him more! We have been so blessed! I am going to post a few pictures of our life in the past few months! I will try to post again soon and post all my fun crafting projects!
